Established in 1982, Onyx is a Small Business and is headquartered in Alexandria, Virginia with branch offices in Honolulu, HI and San Diego, CA. Onyx provides land, facilities and infrastructure planning, design, and geospatial information management worldwide. Personal attention, involvement of principals, and high quality deliverables reflect the commitment and responsiveness to our client’s needs which has been the hallmark of our practice. Onyx has a long history of providing planning, design and information management services to the Department of Defense, classified Agencies, and other Federal Agencies.
