Shipley Communication is a consulting and training company. We provide leadership coaching, executive coaching, temperament intelligence training, and custom consulting and training for your organization. Our trainings are based off a personality inventory called the Four Lenses or the 4-Lenses Assessment, which designates a color scheme to each individuals personality in order to train individuals based on their organization's needs.
