BPA Facility Services was founded in 2008 and is an established facility maintenance and management services provider. Omni Corporation was founded in 1987 and has over thirty years of experience in facility support services. Together, BPA and Omni bring nearly 40 years' combined experience to operating facility support services and custodial contracts. B&O Joint Venture strives to create lasting relationships with their Government customers.
