ETH Cargo was founded in 2001 on the principal of providing dedicated, tailor made logistics solutions to customers across all industries for both air and ocean freight. Since Hurricane Maria, ETH Cargo has invested heavily in technology and in backup and redundancy to ensure there is always a continuity of business in serving our broad spectrum of customers across all industries. All staff at ETH Cargo are trained to always provide the highest level of customer service and when needed, are able to provide service 24/7. Since Covid-19, additional investments were made to ensure for expanding remote work, thus allowing employees to work as needed from wherever needed always ensuring a dedicated level of service. Being a small, independent freight forwarder allows ETH Cargo to be extremely flexible in its business offerings and able to accommodate and implement with little bureaucracy any necessity presented by a customer.
