Spearhead Solutions was founded by Julian Dioulo, a former Security Program Manager with the US Intelligence Community. Julian, a former Staff Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps, attended the University of Maryland (UC) to obtain a degree in Homeland Security. Spearhead Solutions was incorporated in May 2019 and is a veteran-owned, minority business enterprise (MBE), with small business reserve (SBR) certification. We help our clients manage complex risks and meet their greatest security, logistics, and technical challenges. Our work makes our clients stronger and society safer for consumers.
