Today so many people agree that service has suffered trough the last economic down turn. We strive to educate and assist our customers. How can an owner put into an RFP the trust factor? The only way to gain trust is through interaction, responsible actions, understanding and the ability ot get the customer to understand the truly difficult technical side of the problem. This is not possible to do during an RFP process. However, clauses are becoming more prevalent in RFP's where the cheapest bidder may not be the winner. The most 'qualified' is becoming a norm in RFP's. Now that is where we find the ability to provide customers relevant to the RFP that can comment on our work, ability and knowledge. Business is more than JUST getting the check!
