Support

We answer every message. Most within one business day.

Email support@govintel.ai and we will come back to you. If it is faster, the sections below tell you what to include so we can resolve it in one reply instead of three.

Your company appears on GovIntel and you want it corrected or removed

Every company profile page carries a “Correct or remove this listing” link at the bottom. That form routes straight to us and is the fastest path — it tells us which record you mean, which an email usually does not.

Our profiles are built from public government records: SAM.gov, USAspending.gov, federal court dockets, state business registries and, for companies outside the US, each country’s own company register. If something is wrong, it usually means the underlying record is wrong or we have matched two companies with similar names. Tell us which and we will fix it. You do not need an account, and there is no charge.

Billing, subscriptions and receipts

Email support@govintel.ai from the address on the account, and include the last four digits of the card if the question is about a specific charge. We can issue refunds, change plans and cancel from our side.

Something on the site is broken

Send the page URL and what you expected to happen. A screenshot helps. If it is a company profile, the URL alone is enough — it identifies the record uniquely.

API and integrations

For API keys, rate limits, tier changes or integration questions, email support@govintel.ai with your key prefix (never the whole key) and the endpoint you are calling.

Security

If you have found a vulnerability, please report it to security@govintel.ai rather than the general inbox, and give us a chance to fix it before disclosing. Our Security & Trust page sets out how we host, encrypt and access data.

Sales, partnerships and enterprise

Email sanders@govintel.ai. Enterprise access is arranged directly — tell us the question you are trying to answer and we will tell you whether we answer it.

Press and data questions

We are happy to explain where a specific number comes from. Every fact we publish traces to a government filing, and we will point you at the source.

One thing we cannot do: we do not offer legal, investment or credit advice, and we do not issue ratings or scores on companies. We publish facts from public records with their sources attached, and what you conclude from them is yours to conclude.
