We accept heavy care residents, Trache, Enteral Nurtrition, IV anitbiotics. We have a designated secure unit. We are certified for 66 beds for Medicare and Medicaid. Dually certified. We are located 30 east of Amarillo. We are seeking to be able to have a contract with the local VA to provide care for residents as they have the need for placement.
