The purpose of the Strategic Performance Coaching and Consulting, LLC is to utilize my Doctorate, training, skills, knowledge, abilities, and Expertise as a Ph.D., Performance and Mindset Coach, Yoga Instructor, Master Resiliency Instructor, Lecturer, Coach, and Consultant. As a Coach and Consultant, my mission is to assist individuals and organizations in developing and following a strategic plan to set goals to thrive through obstacles and setbacks while creating resilient individuals and a resilient workforce. As an instructor and professor, I can assist individuals and organizations create and facilitate engaging and dynamic training programs and courses to meet their needs. I can provide instruction either in-person, online or through a hybrid Medium.
