Audit Qualification — Konklusion med forbehold — Basis for qualified opinion During the financial year, the company has implemented a new accounting system, and all administrative duties have been insourced. During the implementation of the new system, differences have occurred in the opening balance as per 1 January 2015 amounting to a total deviation in equity of DKK +997,622. It has not been possible to subsequently 'dissolve' the difference, and therefore, in the annual report for 2015, the amount has been recognised directly in the equity.
