Audit Qualification — Afkræftende konklusion — The financial statement has been prepared on a going concern basis. As stated in note 1 in the financial statement, it is a prerequisite for the Company's continued operations that new capital is provided and that the Company's current credit facilities can be maintained and expanded in line with the financing need. In our opinion an expansion is not likely. We therefore make an adverse opinion that the preparation of the financial statements have been on assumption of continued operations.
