Audit Qualification — Afkræftende konklusion — The financial statements are prepared in accordance with the going concern assumption. In Management’s opinion there is significant uncertainty related to going concern as described in note 1 to the financial statements, however Management is confident that the necessary financing will be obtained. Further, Management has highlighted the uncertainty related to measurement of investments in group enterprises in note 2.
