Audit Qualification — Adverse Opinion — The company's management has prepared the annual financial statements on the assumption of continued operation. As mentioned in note 1 of the annual report, the continued operation of the company is conditional on the injection of new capital. Management is in in positive negotiations with investors, which have not yet been concluded.
