• Audit Qualification — Afkræftende konklusion — Basis for Adverse Opinion The annual report has been prepared using the Going Concern Basis of Accounting. As stated in Note 1 it is a prerequisite for the company's continued operations that new liquidity is provided by the company's parent company. It has not been possible to obtain commitments from the company's parent company to provide liquidity in 2023. This situation indicates that a material uncertainty exists that may cast significant doubt on the Company’s ability to continue as a going concern.
